If yes, when is a good time and number to call you? Dorothea  Main issue: Donation and membership page is confusing, as it has two submits which both are only for one part. Naturally, one enters something for membership, and then something for donation, and then click the lower submit button. ==> the membership part is not added to the checkout. To make the confusion complete, there is also a store page, and the dress page,..... I suggest to have one single checkout page for store and membership. I would like to have one shopping/donation cart, into which one can fill items from donation, from membership, from store, etc. Then have one page to checkout the cart and to pay for it. The idea is that parents can fill their carts with donations, merchandise payments, membership and so one. Then they pay for it all always on the same checkout page. And the payments are accompanied by a detailed description what they are for and by whom for the treasurer. I have not yet discussed it with anybody else....  Donation/Payment page: This page would have various sections: 1) MPS General fund / Scholarship donations / Membership donation         Please select an amount: selection box  2) Donations for individual programs Please select an individual program: o CVHS choir program o CVHS instrumental program o Creekside Middle School choir program o Creekside Middle School  o Canyon Middle School          Please select an amount: selection box  3) Merchandise payment         Link to store page for clothing purchases, which simply adds things to same shopping carr  4) Various payments         pull down menu adjusted seasonally, always also with an option "other"         comment box just 100 characters long Total: all of above numbers get added up Submit button  that leads to the checkout page --------------------------------------- Store page:  would have all the dresses stuff, and would also then have a submit that leads to the checkout page ----------------------------------------- Checkout page: The checkout page then has: • list of all things that are being paid for  • Add a box for additional donation: (which would go to general fund) • Parent Name: • Parent Email: • Parent Phone (optional): • Name(s) of students: • Grade(s) of students: • plus of course payment information • plus a print option and information for those who want to pay by check - they could print out the donation/payment form with all the information on it and add it to the check
